Yes, you can delete a VTB proposal in step 4.
How?
- Go to step 4, under the section ‘VTB Published Outputs’.
- Find the VTB you want to delete.
- Click the delete icon next to the corresponding VTB.
What happens after deletion?
- The published output (the VTB you shared) will be immediately removed from the list.
- The associated link will remain active for up to 1 hour. After that, it will no longer be accessible.
- Important: you are only deleting the published output. The travel proposal you built in steps 1-4 remains available.
If you want to keep a version for your own records, you can publish a new output before deleting the existing one. That way, you’ll still have a copy for your archive.
Note: Deleted VTBs cannot be restored. Make sure you want to delete it before proceeding.
