Have you finished creating your travel proposal? Now it’s time to share your digital proposal with your customer. With just one click, you’ll have a unique URL that you can share anywhere.
Where to Find the Shareable Link
Once your proposal is saved and finalized, a shareable URL is automatically generated. This link leads directly to the visual travel proposal you’ve put together:
- Click on “Publish output” icon (Step 4). the system will start generating your link.
- A small clock icon will appear in the bottom-right corner, indicating that the link is being created.
- Once it’s ready, you’ll find the link under Published Outputs.
- Click on the link to preview it, or copy it to share.
Share via Email… or via Whatsapp?
Of course, you can share the link via email. But have you considered sharing it via WhatsApp? It’s fast, personal, and your customer receives the proposal instantly on their phone or desktop.
How to share via Whatsapp?
- Open WhatsApp Web or the mobile app.
- Paste the copied link into a chat with your customer.
- If you prefer, add a short message.
