In Step 3 ‘Price’, you’ll set up the pricing details for your travel proposal. This step ensures that your quotes are clear, professional, and tailored to your customer needs. We’ll guide you through each section of Step 3.
Setting the Total Price
At the top of Step 3, you’ll see the total price of the trip. This figure encompasses all included services and activities.
Splitting the Price
If you prefer to present the price per person, click the “Split Price” button. Here, you can specify the number of participants, and VTB will automatically calculate the individual cost. For more details on splitting the price, refer to this article.
Hiding Prices in Outputs
To keep pricing confidential in your output, select the “Hide prices in outputs” option. This is particularly useful when sharing proposals with third parties or focusing on the itinerary details.
Adding Pricing Remarks
You can include specific notes regarding what is included or excluded in the price. Additional remarks can also be added, such as advising customers to budget approximately €10 per person per day for personal expenses.
Adding Extras
VTB allows you to include additional costs like, insurances or like reservation costs or discounts.
Pricing Alternatives & Options
You can present alternative options for certain days or activities. For instance, offering different accommodation choices or optional activities for specific dates. Each alternative can have its own pricing.
