In your VTB, it’s possible to make any product optional for each element.
How?
- Start by adding a new product or go to the existing product you want to make optional.
- When you hover over the product block, a button labeled ‘Optional’ will appear in the top-right corner. Toggle it on to mark the product as optional.
- Once enabled, the block is highlighted in orange and marked to show it’s an optional product. When a product is set as optional, its duration (in days) is not added to the total. Instead, the number of days is automatically adjusted to match the duration of the default (non-optional) product. This ensures the overall schedule stays consistent, regardless of the optional selections.
How does it look in the output
In the VTB you will see that it is shown as an alternative.
