Currently, there isn’t a specific element for cruises. However, you can still set up a complete cruise itinerary in Visual Tour Builder by combining available blocks and elements.
How does it work?
- Choose a Transport block and select Boat.
- If your cruise includes multiple nights on the boat, make sure to select Night Boat (Step 2). In this step you can also choose the number of nights. This way, the overnight stays will be shown correctly in the itinerary.
- Add destinations (or days) with Free elements. For each destination the ship visits (or even day by day), you can add a Free element. In these elements, you can describe the activities, excursions, or highlights of that part of the cruise. Each Free element can be linked to the desired day.
By placing Free elements next to the correct day number (in combination with the Night Boat), you can create a clear day-by-day overview of the cruise.
By adding multiple Free elements, you can create a structured and detailed cruise travel proposal.
Note: By default, when using a Free Element, the day number and date are not shown in the output. If you want the day number and date to appear, click on the day/date icon.
