How do I change my account’s email address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address yourself within your Visual Tour Builder account. To update it, you’ll need to reach out to our support team.

What should you do?

  1. Send an email to info@visualtourbuilder.com requesting to change your email address.

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your current email address (the one you’re currently using to log in)

    • The new email address you’d like to use

Once we receive your request, we’ll update your email address for you. You’ll receive a confirmation once the change is complete. We aim to respond within 24 hours
