When building a travel proposal, you can easily calculate and split the total cost across multiple participants.
How it works
Once you’ve added all flights, accommodations, excursions, and rental costs, the total trip price is calculated automatically. You can then choose to split the price between the number of travelers.
For example, if the total trip cost is €12.600,- for two people, the VTB will automatically display the price per person (€6.300).
How to split the total price per person:
- Navigate to Step 3, labeled “Price.“
- Within the pricing section, locate and click the “Split Price” option.
- Enter the number of participants
- Once the number of participants is entered, VTB will automatically calculate and display the price per person.
