How to Use My Texts in Step 2, 3 and Step 4

In the menu under My Texts, you’ll find all the texts that you can save and reuse throughout the quotation process. This allows you to quickly insert standard or frequently used texts into your proposal without rewriting them each time.

How does it work?

  • Click the magnifying glass icon to open My Texts and select a saved text.

  • Click the diskette icon to save a new or edited version of a text.

You can use this functionality in step 2, step 3 and step 4.

What does this look like in step 2?
In step 2 of VTB, you can add a custom text in the field Add Text to your trip.

If you use similar trip descriptions more often, you can save the text directly from this field to My Texts. This is useful when you want to reuse the same style of trip explanation in future quotations.

Saved texts from step 2 can be found in My Texts under the label Trip Texts.

What does this look like in step 3?

In step 3, you set the pricing details of your travel proposal.

Here you typically use My Texts for:

  • Included remarks

  • Excluded remarks

  • Additional remarks

This helps you quickly add standard pricing conditions or explanations to your quotation.

Label My Texts

What does this look like in step 4?

In step 4, you can customize your:

  • Introduction

  • Closing

  • Booking text

  • Extra text

You might create different versions depending on the type of client or travel style, allowing you to tailor your quotation more personally.

Managing my Texts
Want to see an overview of all your saved texts? Go to My Texts in the menu. Here you can:

  • Search

  • Edit

  • Delete

The label shows whether it is a Price, Profile, or Trip Text.

Please note: These texts are personal and cannot be shared within the VTB team.
