All you need to do is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Review<\/strong> the <strong>content<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Adjust<\/strong> or <strong>expand<\/strong> it if desired<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add<\/strong> the <strong>price<\/strong> information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After that, you can send the proposal to your customer right away, digitally or as a PDF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The integration applies <strong>only<\/strong> to the travel proposal. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the customer books, the booking confirmation and travel documents will still be handled by Special Traffic (as usual) in PDF format and by post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important notes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Price information: <\/strong>You will receive this by email from Special Traffic. Enter it yourself in step 3 of the VTB, just as you normally do with your other travel proposals in the system.\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Booking Text: <\/strong>These are the important notes from Special Traffic, both general and specific to the received proposal. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The standard Personal Touch Travel booking text will be overwritten. You\u2019ll see this in step 4.\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Flexible: <\/strong>Happy with the proposal? Then you\u2019ll barely need to change anything. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Want to make it neater, more detailed, or add your personal touch? You can edit everything as you normally would in the different VTB steps.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Keep in mind:<\/strong> if you receive a new version of the proposal from Special Traffic, you\u2019ll need to import it again, and reapply any personal changes if necessary. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s essentially a one-way integration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PTT template with your personal touch:<\/strong> As always, you\u2019ll send the proposal in the Personal Touch Travel style and with your personal details. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The big difference?
