The VTB allows users to add accommodation elements<\/strong> from various sources, including an external database<\/strong>.<\/span>

\n<\/span>How?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In your VTB workflow, proceed to Step 2<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Within a block, add a new element<\/strong> designated for accommodations.<\/span><\/span>\"\" <\/li>\n
  3. Click on the magnifying glass icon<\/strong> labeled “Search Library\/External Element” within the accommodation element.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. In the search dialog<\/strong>, enter the name of the accommodation<\/strong> in the Title field<\/strong> and click Search<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. The search results<\/strong> will display<\/strong> accommodations from different sources<\/strong>. Under the Origin column, you can identify whether an accommodation is: private, shared or external.

  6. Click on “Use in VTB”<\/strong> next to the accommodation you wish to add. The content will be inserted into your accommodation element.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tip:<\/strong> After adding an accommodation from the external database<\/strong>, you have the flexibility<\/strong> to tailor<\/strong> it to your specific needs.
